Terms and Conditions Policies

All Sales transactions are made in accordance with our Terms and Conditions Policies as detailed herein. The Terms and Conditions Policies are in effect for all of the games, equipment and other items offered for sale and the Customer agrees to all terms contained herein when making any purchase from Got Pinball? LLC, our Staff and the GotPinball.com web site.



Setting Up your Game:


Some games are Plug & Play from the Factory and others require some assembly and adjustment. For example, Step by Step instructions are included inside all of the new Stern pinball shipping boxes. Additional information is also included on the Manufactures’ web sites, in game manuals and on our website.

We cannot be held responsible for any damage to items due to improper setup. In the event that setup is provided by Got Pinball? LLC or its authorized representatives, we assume no responsibility for damage to the item or the premises in which the items is being delivered. This includes any damage to doors, walls, doorways, tile, furniture, flooring, and any other areas or items to which such damage could occur during the deliver and setup process.



Freight Shipments and Schedules:


Got Pinball? LLC is not responsible for delays in product shipment from the manufacture’s factories.  Got Pinball? LLC and GotPinball.com make no guarantee on the shipping schedule of any products sold. 


Target ship dates from the factory are subject to change based upon factory production schedules.


Orders cannot be canceled or refused because of shipping delays.


Freight Quotes are based on delivery to the address location provided by the customer and include residential delivery and Lift-gate service, if requested on the Bill of Lading. 


Any other services that the customer requests from the delivery driver, i.e. Inside Delivery, are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for any auxiliary charges.   If the tractor trailer cannot access your location to complete the delivery, the item will be taken back to the local servicing freight terminal there. It will be the customer’s responsibility to arrange for pick-up of the item from the terminal at their own expense.   



Product Inspection:


When an item is delivered, you must inspect the carton for damage.  If there is Damage to the container, you must unpack the box and examine the item for actual visible damage.  This must be done with the shipper there and the customer must note any damage on the shipper’s paperwork. You must also contact us to file a report. If you purchased the optional full value freight insurance to protect your investment, you must follow the procedures as shown on the Certificate of Insurance you received. 


Minor blemishes, which may include small nicks, scratches or scuffs may be present on the item and can be caused by normal wear from product packaging and shipping.  This cosmetic damage does not justify refusal to accept delivery or to return a product.





Until an item is paid for, all prices are subject to change without notice. Freight Quotes are subject to change as well. Once you have paid for your item, we will lock in the Freight charges at your current Quote.  

Returns and Refunds:


As soon as items are ordered, we begin the process of preparing them for shipment.   All Sales are Final.  


The Purchaser acknowledges that refusal to take delivery of shipped products will result in the shipment being returned to our shop or the factory and the customer agrees to a refund of 50% of the purchase price, minus applicable shipping costs.


New Equipment Warranties:


Warranties on new equipment are covered by the respective manufacturers of the equipment. Most manufacturers will provide Advance Replacement parts for warrantied items purchased through Factory Authorized Dealers. You are responsible to return the defective parts back to the Manufacturer along with the RMA# provided. Failure to return defective parts in a timely fashion will result in you being charged for the replacement parts and you being dropped from our Advanced Replacement Program. 

Service charges and labor to replace the defective parts are NOT covered by Manufacturer's Warranties. We offer free telephone Technical Support for items purchased from us. If you need onsite service from us, you will be billed at our Preferred Customer rates. If you reside outside of our local service area, we will assist you in locating a Service Technician to service your equipment for you.  


Freight Damage and Coverage:


We have many years of experience shipping games and damage occasionally does occur in transit.  Most of the freight carrier companies only cover new equipment for pennies per pound.  Most of them do not cover damages to used games at all.


We offer optional full value freight insurance on games shipped on a pallet and delivered by trucking companies. This coverage is very inexpensive and protects your investment from any damage that occurs while the game is being shipped to you. This coverage is written in the purchaser’s name. These claims are settled very quickly, as compared to filing a claim with a freight company.


If the purchaser chooses not to purchase the optional full value insurance, the purchaser agrees to assume all responsibility for any damage to the item once it leaves our location. 


Current rates for Full Value Coverage based on game invoiced values are as follows:


Games invoiced at or less than  $4600.00   is  $65.00

Games invoiced at $4,601.00  to  $6,500.00   is  $75.00

Games invoiced at $6,501.00  to  $8,500.00   is  $90.00

Games invoiced at $8,501.00  to  $10,000.00   is  $100.00


These are current rates and are subject to change.  

We do not make anything on the sale of this coverage. These are the rates that we negotiated for full value coverage on those invoiced values. 

The freight insurance coverage is written directly in the purchaser’s name. 





The Customer (Buyer) acknowledges and confirms that they have read, and that they agree to, all terms, conditions and store policies listed in this document.


The Customer (Buyer) agrees that any dispute or controversy arising out of, relating to, or in connection with any purchase or transaction with FLorida Amusement Brokers or GotPinball.com shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and agrees that in the event of Federal or State court litigation, all cases will be filed, conducted and heard within the State of Florida, County of Pinellas.
